Chat Operations
Responders can view and perform a wide variety of actions on Incidents in chat channels for integrated chat tools, just as they can with Alerts. OpsGenie’s bi-directional integrations with chat tools (with special mapping and menu features for top chat tools) make it possible to share information and perform many actions in team chat channels; OpsGenie can synchronize these actions with other integrated tools.
