Android - Notifications

Opsgenie push notifications enable quick reviews of alerts and the ability to respond to them with the same speed.

Navigate to the sidebar menu > My Profile > Notification Rules to ensure your device is listed under "New Alert" notifications.

Ensure your device is listed under Mobile App by accessing My Profile > Contact Methods then scroll down to see the Mobile App section. If your device is not listed in this section, push notifications will not be received by the device.

To receive other notifications for Acknowledgement, Close Alert, etc. events, modify notification settings from Opsgenie Web Application > My Profile > Notification Rules.

Tapping on notifications opens the details page of that alert. Execute actions by tapping on the actions button and desired action.
