Closed Alerts:
The number of alerts closed in time designated by filter.

Mean Time to Acknowledge:
Mean time to acknowledge the alerts, i.e, how long it takes to acknowledge the alerts received in average.

Mean Time to Resolve:
Mean time to resolve the alerts, i.e, how long it takes to close the alerts received in average.

Daily Mean Time to Acknowledge:
Mean time it takes to acknowledge the alerts per day i.e, per day, the average time it takes to acknowledge.

Daily Mean Time to Resolve:
Mean time it takes to resolve the alerts per day i.e, per day, the average time it takes to resolve.
