Panopta Integration

Panopta is a network monitoring service. OpsGenie is an alert and notification management solution that is natively integrated to Panopta. By forwarding Panopta alerts to OpsGenie, you can notify users via iPhone and Android push notifications, email, SMS, and phone calls, track of the alert life cycle, escalate alerts, etc.

What does OpsGenie offer to Panopta users?

OpsGenie has a native integration with Panopta. OpsGenie creates an alert in the event of a Panopta outage, and closes it when the outage is cleared. Using OpsGenie's Panopta integration, you get to extend your Panopta monitoring with a robust alert management, benefiting from on-call schedules, escalations, rich notifications etc.

Functionality of the integration

  • When an alert is created in Panopta, an alert is also created in OpsGenie automatically through the integration.
  • When the alert is closed in Panopta, the related alert is also closed in OpsGenie.
