NodePing Integration

NodePing provides website and server availability monitoring. At its most basic, the service lets users enter a list of addresses of website addresses or other Internet-based services, and then checks to see if that site or service is responding properly.

What does Opsgenie offer NodePing users?

Use Opsgenie’s NodePing Integration to forward NodePing notifications to Opsgenie. Opsgenie determines the right people to notify based on on-call schedules– notifies via email, text messages (SMS), phone calls, iOS & Android push notifications, and escalates alerts until the alert is acknowledged or closed.

Functionality of the integration

  • When an event is created in NodePing, an alert is created in Opsgenie.
  • When the event is up in NodePing, the related alert is closed in Opsgenie.
