Azure OMS Integration

Operations Management Suite (also known as OMS) is a collection of management services that were designed in the cloud. OMS components are entirely hosted in Azure. OpsGenie is an alert and notification management solution that is highly complementary to Azure OMS's alerting mechanism.

What does OpsGenie offer to Azure OMS users?

By using OpsGenie’s Azure OMS Integration: you can forward Azure OMS alerts to OpsGenie. OpsGenie can determine the right people to notify based on on-call schedules, using email, text messages (SMS), phone calls, iOS & Android push notifications, and escalating alerts until the alert is acknowledged or closed.

Functionality of the integration

When an alert is created in Azure OMS, it creates an alert in OpsGenie.
