Under Free and Essentials Plans, Alert Actions include Ack, Close, Add Team, Add Recipient, and Delete. No custom actions are available under this plan.
Once an Alert is created it needs to be managed. The Alert Actions provided by Opsgenie and the Custom Actions you can define and build yourself are a huge part of Service-Aware Incident Management.
